Our Cancellation Policy

  1. Booking — domestic trips

    At the time of booking, a non-refundable interest free deposit (25% of total tour cost) is required. The balance amount of 50% is to be paid 30 days prior to departure and the remaining 25% is to be paid 15 days prior to departure, as per the cancellation charges mentioned below.

  2. Booking — international trips

    At the time of booking, a non-refundable interest free deposit (25% of total tour cost) is required. The balance amount of 50% is to be paid 45 days prior to departure and the remaining 25% is to be paid 30 days prior to departure, as per the cancellation charges mentioned below.

  3. Cancellation charges

    Non-refundable interest-free deposit (25% of total tour cost): at the time of booking, for both international and domestic trips. 50% of the total tour cost: 45 days prior to departure for international trips, 30 days prior for domestic trips. 25% of the total tour cost: 30 days prior to departure for international trips, 15 days prior for domestic trips.

  4. Visa rejection

    Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Marzi will assist with the visa process but will not be responsible for visa rejection or delays. Visa rejection will be treated as a cancellation, and charges will apply based on the date of rejection. (Only for international trips)

  5. Unused services

    No refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, changes, missed services, or unutilized services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, severe weather, airline disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond Marzi's control.

  6. Changes & modifications

    Marzi may make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or other tour details if required. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in advance. Such any able to be sought in case of an emergency.

  7. Hotel check-in & check-out

    Hotel check-in and check-out timings will strictly follow the hotel's policy. Standard check-in is usually around 2:00 PM and check-out around 10:00 AM, unless mentioned otherwise in the tour details.

  8. Travel insurance & responsibility

    Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or unforeseen situations. Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Marzi is not liable for third-party services, health issues, losses, injuries, or force majeure events.

  9. Refund process & legal terms

    Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed in INR within approx. 7 to 15 working days and on be carried through course tax refunds. Any disputes will fall under Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Yes. We choose hotels with lifts and easy access, and transport with help boarding. Walking distances and steps are planned for each day, at an unhurried pace.

Can Marzi cater to special dietary needs?

Yes. Diabetic, Jain, vegetarian or low-salt, we plan your meals around what you need, wherever you are.

Does Marzi handle visas, forex, insurance and paperwork?

Yes, all in one place. We arrange travel insurance and explain what it covers in plain language, including pre-existing conditions. Visa processing costs nothing extra, and there are no hidden charges.

Can I plan a holiday for my parents and stay updated?

Yes. We keep you posted throughout the trip and call you straight away if anything goes wrong.
